Each lampshade is professionally sewn in the United States using hand-dyed 100 percent pure silk, vintage embroidered silk textiles, and plush hand-dyed fringe, finished with handmade coordinating tassels. The shade panels alternate between embroidered florals and winding vine motifs worked in silver thread and accented with iridescent sequins. Rare antique silver metal thread trim completes the design.
By day, the shades present glowing tangerine tones softened by muted silver accents. By night, they come alive with a warm, sunset-like glow. Photographs were taken using a cool LED bulb to accurately show color and texture.
