Victorian lampshades made here are designed and constructed one at a time, using historic textiles and careful handwork, then paired with restored antique lamps to create finished pieces for the home.
Each Victorian lampshade is made individually in the Elegance Lamps studio.

Discover the dazzling allure of Elegance Lamps’ silk Victorian lampshades and antique lamps, handcrafted by award-winning Seattle artist Crystal Hayes. Each piece is a unique blend of historical inspiration and modern functionality. Crystal’s works incorporate Victorian, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Steampunk, Gothic, and Bohemian styles. The lampshades feature hand-dyed silks, antique laces, and thousands of hand-strung beads. All antique lamp bases are upcycled, professionally rewired, and enhanced with handcrafted embellishments, seamlessly merging the past and present.
