Summer is upon us but the creation of beautiful lamps never stops at Elegance Lamps.

Lately, I have been thinking about all the magical materials that can be used to make gorgeous beaded fringe Victorian lampshades. While I am partial to luminous beads there is no reason to overlook available opaque natural stones and minerals such as galena, pyrite, and feldspar.
