The beadwork on the shades is handstrung and includes predominantly sparkling crystals arranged in a delightful columnar cascade of alternating length, finishing the finest quality with faceted drops that mirror the lamp base central stone. The beads glow radiantly when lit at night and cast light prisms by day. The beadwork contains 1,408 handstrung pieces.

The antique lamp base is a true Art Deco gem featuring geometric styling, dual socket candelabra structure, a quartz centerpiece, and original paint. This lamp base offers flexible options: It can be used either with candelabra clips shades (as offered), or with a larger lampshade suspended with a spider fitter from the post top. Medium base sockets, switched at the lamp base. Fully rewired by a certified electrician using new UL Listed parts including cord, switch mechanisms, and sockets. The finish on this lamp is original, and reflects natural aging expected of a 100-year-old antique lamp.
