A Victorian lampshade in hand-dyed silk, delicate French gold net lace, and vibrant silk bird appliques which are hand embroidered using the "Su" technique, dating back 2,500 years. The shade is trimmed with antique European trim in gold metal.

The hand-strung beads add a cheerful tone to this whimsical lamp, and includes gold-plated bead caps, Czech crystals and stunning filigree. The beadwork contains 2,538 pieces, all strung by hand.

The antique base is cast metal with the original finish and patina.
